The Pigeon Brio Hybrid is an 1800-watt hybrid induction + infrared cooktop on a single glass panel. Zone 1 (1000W induction) for magnetic stainless steel and cast iron. Zone 2 (800W infrared) for aluminum, copper, and all non-magnetic cookware. Cook rice and dal simultaneously.
