5. Orders and Order Confirmation
You may place an order through our website, by WhatsApp, or by phone. Submitting an order or enquiry does not automatically confirm your order.
An order is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted and confirmed by InductionStoveNepal. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an error, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery based on the information you have provided.
6. Payment — Cash on Delivery
We primarily accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Nepal. Payment is made directly to the delivery person upon receipt of your order.
Please ensure that you have the correct amount available at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for verifying their order before making payment.
For bulk or commercial orders, or where other payment arrangements have been specifically agreed, different payment terms may apply. Contact us in advance to discuss.
7. Customer Information and Order Accuracy
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information including your name, phone number, and complete delivery address.
InductionStoveNepal is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect customer information.
8. Delivery

9. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage customers to inspect the product and packaging upon delivery before making payment or signing for the order.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately with photos or videos before accepting or using the product.
10. Warranty
Products sold through InductionStoveNepal may carry warranty coverage as advertised for each specific product. Warranty terms vary by brand, model, and product type.
Product warranty is provided according to the applicable product or manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty coverage does not automatically provide a refund. Eligible product issues are handled through our warranty and after-sales support process as described in our Warranty Policy.

InductionStoveNepal does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or a decision not to use the product after purchase.
